Cedar Creek Farm is a residential community in South Whitehall Twp, Allentown, PA. We are located within the Parkland School District. We are conveniently located near highways, shopping, beautiful parks, playgrounds, public schools, and the public library.

Amenities
Our community offers two outdoor tennis courts where CCF residents can enjoy outdoor play on a first come first serve basis. Our outdoor swimming pool is available to CCF residents and is open each summer season from Memorial Day through Labor Day. The Clubhouse is a great place to host a small family gathering or party.
